I *want* to eat them...but dare not as the sugar goes right to my waist! I love the aprons in your shop! :) Katyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03118653637763160580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4346673806632037849.post-3906475046539192492017-07-10T14:00:21.260-07:002017-07-10T14:00:21.260-07:00While my family and I were on vacation, my Grandma...While my family and I were on vacation, my Grandma gave us a batch of her freezer strawberry jam so I'm not sure if well be making any this year. Another favorite freezer jam to make is cherry jam, using the pie cherries. Mmmm!! Thanks for putting me in the mood to get back into the kitchen and slipping on one of my aprons. :)Cherihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06279806588780362328noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4346673806632037849.post-75172208974807726992017-07-05T20:32:11.186-07:002017-07-05T20:32:11.186-07:00Oh what a joy and breath of fresh air your lovely ...Oh what a joy and breath of fresh air your lovely posts always are, Sarah :) I enjoyed your lovely photos so much and smiled as I envisioned you working on your canning and enjoying the process, as well as at the thought of sweet Jemimah delighting in the abundance of strawberries. What a blessing your memories must be to have spent precious time making jams with your sisters and to enjoy it now, as well, and look forward to teaching to Jemimah. My mom and I were just talking about how we need to work on some canning and make some preserves this year. In the busyness of life, it is special to take time to do these kinds of wonderful things.
Your calico aprons are so lovely also, and I always enjoy seeing them. Ah, calico is such a perfect variation of fabric.

I also wanted to thank you so much for your recent comment that I truly delighted in reading, as always♥ And I wanted to say that I apologize you were not on my list I mentioned within that post. I made a short list mentally and then wrote that actual part of the post a little later and my brain fell short in adding everyone I had intended. I knew someone was missing! I realized that the moment I saw your comment. I have added you now- you have undoubtedly long since been an inspiration and blessing to me in thinking of the kind of woman I pray to be, namely in your dedication and love for the Lord and your family and your skilled, beautiful work with your hands.

Blessings and hugs to you,
JazzminJazzminhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01956934048448104058noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4346673806632037849.post-40869068748565943462017-07-03T09:32:54.570-07:002017-07-03T09:32:54.570-07:00Our favorite is dandelion jelly. :-)Our favorite is dandelion jelly. :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4346673806632037849.post-18396119500788893952017-06-29T03:06:55.215-07:002017-06-29T03:06:55.215-07:00Oh, I love your aprons! We have a peach tree that I planted a few years ago & it is loaded with lil baby peaches. I hope many of them come to maturity! If they do I hope to make some peach preserves 😊Michelle {Miss Strawberry Shortgirl}https://www.blogger.com/profile/01513836550696454322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4346673806632037849.post-29531593099419712492017-06-26T06:08:37.798-07:002017-06-26T06:08:37.798-07:00Our favourite jam was with Blackberries, made into...Our favourite jam was with Blackberries, made into a jelly.
